Company and Role Description


My client provides software solutions and advisory services to banking and financial services organisations worldwide. Producing 5 main solutions, they automate all aspects of the Trade process for buy-side firms internationally. And they are looking for an Account Assistant (amongst others) to join their team on a contractual basis to assist with Data Input, Reporting, Record Maintenance and Cashflow to name but a few.

In this role you will be:


•Maintaining records within the company’s accounting systems
•Entering Data for monthly financial processing
•Sales invoicing, both creating and issuing
•Maintaining financial schedules and providing ad hoc analysis from data
•Cashflow- daily updates- maintaining the forecast model
•Maintaining the Timesheet system and providing logins for new employees
•Maintaining and updating Revenue Sheets with new signed work orders
•Updating Staff Budgets and corporate cost allocation schedules
•Updating Sales pipelines and revenue scheduling

The ideal candidate will have:


•High proficiency in data entry
•Strong organisational skills and the ability to take the initiative
•Financial data entry and advanced MS Excel working experience
•Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting processing and financial analysis
•Prior experience in Excel Reporting
•The legal authorisation to work in the UK
