Company and Role Description

My client provides software solutions and advisory services to banking and financial services organisations worldwide. Producing 5 main solutions, they automate all aspects of the Trade process for buy-side firms internationally. And they are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a contractual basis to assist with General office admin, HR admin, onboarding and general support for the whole team.
My client is looking for a candidate to fill a temporary positioning focused on data input and reporting within accounting. The Role focuses on maintaining office and HR records and the related communication with staff, vendors and clients. To succeed in the role, the candidate will be expected to work independently to maintain records within the company’s HR and finance department. The ideal candidate is someone who has a significant attention to detail, accurate and is confident communicator, exhibiting maturity, professionalism and initiative.

In this role you will be:

• Responsible for the organising of the facilities in London Office
• Responsible for office admin support - support CEO and Finance Team on admin matters
• Organising HR admin – maintain employee records and files, include holiday and sick leave records
• Onboarding new employees

The ideal candidate will be:

• Accurate and proficient in data entry
• Proficient in MS Excel and Ms Word skills
• A strong communicator
• Very organised: taking the initiative, knowing what, how, and when to prioritise

Work Experience Requirements Essential:

• Two years’ experience in HR support and office administration
• Excellent written communication skills
• Legally authorised to work in the UK
Qualification/Education Requirements
• Education: Degree level or equivalent preferred but not essential
