Salary Range: €750 - €800 EUR Per Day

About the Role

As a Business Front Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for front-office teams, helping to resolve operational and technical challenges while ensuring seamless business processes. By addressing issues related to financial transactions and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will play a key role in reducing operational risk, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the success of our front office teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for all front-office-related issues, providing timely resolutions to operational and system challenges.

  • Analyse and resolve problems with financial orders, ensuring minimal disruption to trading and sales activities.

  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and systems, proposing and implementing solutions to improve workflows.

  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to reduce operational and reputational risks.

  • Support the front office by providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience with financial instruments (e.g., stocks, bonds, derivatives).

  • Solid understanding of the financial industry, including markets and operations.

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
