Your missions
-Develop and maintain relationships with the stakeholders of the Luxembourg companies, including clients, directors, banking providers, auditors, lawyers, regulator, etc.
-Maintain the accounting records of the legal entities (mainly SOPARFIs) in the accounting system, in accordance to Lux GAAP / IFRS accounting standards
-Prepare VAT declarations on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
-Prepare annual tax declarations and returns
-Process regulatory reporting
-Process payment of expenses
-Preparation of financial statements in accordance to LUX GAAP and IFRS, supporting information and tax schedules, liaising with auditors and ensure the reporting deadlines are met
-Respond to client-specific requests/inquiries and proactively anticipate client needs

Your Background
-A university degree in Accounting/Business/Finance
-Microsoft Excel and Word expertise, and proficiency in the rest of the Microsoft Office packages
-Knowledge of accepted accounting standards, including Lux GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP
-Proven experience with software as Sage BOB50
-Understanding of Luxembourg vehicles and companies
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical, organizational and time management skills
-Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a demanding and progressive environment, meeting deadlines as necessary
-Good level of English and French speaking and writing; other languages would be an advantage.
