DataStage Developer

We are looking for an experienced DataStage Developer to design and deliver robust ETL solutions supporting an enterprise Data Warehouse (uDWH) and regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, LCR).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM DataStage
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ETL solutions
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources into the DWH
• Implement data quality controls, validation, and reconciliation processes
• Support regulatory reporting data flows and ensure data traceability
• Contribute to testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
• Maintain clear documentation (mappings, lineage, controls)
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Data, and IT stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years’ ETL development with strong IBM DataStage expertise
• Strong SQL and data warehousing experience
• Banking/financial services background preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP, LCR)
• Experience with data quality controls and ETL testing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and French
