Delivery Lead - Investment Management Platforms

Location - Frankfurt

Language requirements - German and English

This is a senior delivery leadership role within a global fintech, focused on leading complex client onboarding programmes and building a high-performing delivery function.

As Delivery Lead, you will take strategic ownership of end-to-end implementation delivery, lead and develop a team of specialists, and act as the senior point of contact for client outcomes across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementations for financial services clients
Manage, mentor, and grow the delivery team
Act as the senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders (including C-suite)
Drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects
Partner with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding processes
Bring structure and clarity to complex client engagements

Required skills & experience:

Proven leadership in delivery / implementation within fintech or financial services
Experience managing SaaS or client onboarding programmes
Experience working on Investment Management Platforms (e.g. SimCorp Dimension, Charles River, BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg AIM)
Track record of leading and scaling delivery teams (team size 10-15)
Strong stakeholder management, including C-level engagement
Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Experience working with clients in the DACH region
Knowledge of German financial regulations
Fluency in English and German
