Job Summary:

Their Digital Media suite of solutions enables Press Relations, Investors Relations, corporate communications and marketing professionals to deliver product announcements, investor days, marketing webinars, employee town halls?the events and announcements that build brand, drive sales and engage key audiences for their clients business. The Digital Media Business Development Associate will be responsible for exercising lead generation skills in an effort to optimize each contact with potential customers. This role will be a key support role to sales staff to optimize sales efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Essential Duties:

•Develop sales opportunities through extensive cold calling activities, working to turn prospective customers into leads
•Maintain excellent knowledge regarding solutions and product offers, engaging in additional on-the-job training, as well as on-going training
•Meet with potential clients to educate and demonstrate value of solutions and services
•Maintain established calls and completed calls per day goals
•Provide support to Sales leadership and team members ensuring to adhere to established timelines
•Assist in contract development as needed
•Assist sales and marketing staff with sales campaigns as needed
•Assist sales team on administrative side as required

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:


Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred).

Experience:

•6 months to 2 years of sales, customer service

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Fluent in English mandatory
•Basic knowledge of sales theories and techniques and ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients
•Team player, hard worker and a strong ability to work under pressure
•Independent, resilient
•Ability to hit the ground running
•Adaptability
