SimCorp Technology Delivery Director / Delivery Partner - IT Sponsored Programs - Toronto

Job description:

Reporting into the MD for Tech and Delivery, the Delivery Partner, IT-Sponsored Programs will play a key role in representing and leading the Tech & Data organization on behalf of the Investment Departments and Core Services to drive business results, overseeing all core projects. This is a Director level position.

Role:

• Inspire dynamic and collaborative cross-functional teams

• Develop and engage the business to build multi-year roadmaps and facilitate change

• Evolve the Technology and Data delivery organization

• Develop and execute strategy across current and future system landscape

• Navigate the Technology & Data organization to manage the delivery of solutions / systems / processes

• Influence and shape the business architecture and continuously identify improvements

• Be accountable for the successful delivery

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in a technology leadership role

• Experience in developing and communicating technology strategies and roadmaps with business stakeholders

• Experience within investment operations, IBOR / ABOR

• Experience with SimCorp Dimension is essential

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience in presenting to and communicating with C-suite stakeholders

• Ability to oversee the execution of a portfolio of programs /complex projects

• Experience building, growing, and developing high-performance teams

• Solid project management skills and track record
