Senior Fund Accountant – NAV Production
Location: Luxembourg

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join a Luxembourg-based financial services organisation. The position will have a strong focus on NAV production, review and oversight, working closely with NAV production teams to ensure accurate and timely fund accounting delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and review daily NAV production and calculations across investment funds.
• Carry out senior-level NAV controls, including NAV validation, sign-off and final publication.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of NAVs produced by internal and external NAV Production Centres.
• Investigate NAV exceptions, breaks and discrepancies, identifying root causes and coordinating their resolution.
• Perform reconciliations and controls across cash, positions, pricing, fees and corporate actions as part of the NAV process.
• Support the investigation and resolution of NAV disputes and valuation issues.
• Conduct regular fund accounting oversight and ensure appropriate controls and procedures are followed.
• Participate in monthly reviews with NAV Production Centres, highlighting performance, exceptions and areas requiring improvement.
• Work with relevant teams to strengthen NAV processes, controls and operational procedures.

Experience & Skills

• Strong hands-on Fund Accounting and NAV production experience, ideally gained within a bank, asset manager, administrator or asset servicing organisation.
• Previous experience in a Senior Fund Accountant, NAV Specialist or similar senior-level position.
• Good understanding of the complete NAV lifecycle, including NAV calculation, pricing, reconciliations, corporate actions, fees and fund accounting controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve NAV breaks and valuation discrepancies.
• Experience working with Multifonds and Bloomberg is highly desirable.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different operational and stakeholder teams.
