Investments Funds Associate

Senior Associate / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 130K€

With a worldwide presence this leading global law firm has a large expertise in a wide range of practice areas (Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Investment funds, PE/RE, Tax, …) and clients from numerous industries (Banking and Finance, Construction, Technology, …).

Ideally located, this entity is currently looking for a senior associate to join the investment funds team. You will work surrounded by a team Specialists and have the chance to become a dynamic actor accompanying the growth of the company so as yours.

Senior Associate – Main Tasks:

• Advise clients on their day-to-day investment funds related operations

• Provide regulatory and legal advice on the structuring and establishment of investment funds.Draft agreements, legal and transactional documents

• Liaise with both internal and external experts on funds related topics

Senior Associate- Profile:

​

• You have been admitted to an European Bar

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within the investment funds industry in Luxembourg

• You have knowledge of alternative funds regulatory environment

• You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus

• You have a strong professional ethics as well as a “customer first” culture
