Java/JEE Developer

Location: Dublin, Ireland
Working Arrangement: 80% On-Site, 20% Remote
Duration: 4 Months with view to extend further

Role Purpose:

A top 4 consultancy is on the search for a Java/JEE Developer who can produce systems functionality in line with the requirements and goals of this enthralling project, while meeting the required standards and test criteria set out for the project architecture.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

•Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications in order to keep them performing according to the technical and functional specifications of the project: Performing preventive maintenance activities; Providing user support
•Integrating technical and application components to adhere to business requirements
•Completing assigned tasks related to phases of development lifecycle of enterprise applications within the given scope and timeframe requirements
•Contribute to the architecting of solutions in regard to business requirements and technical problems

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

•Programming of Java, JEE, and EJB application components 1
•Coding in adherence to the standards of the application in question 1
•Practical knowledge of Linux or Unix

Good to have:

•Experience within Microservices
