Onboarding Manager - Contract - Luxembourg

Onboarding manager needed to be part of the private capital services team acting as the main point for new clients.

The Role

•Managing onboarding by client’s geography / business type / hybrid models Managing Migrations In / Restructuring / Liquidation / Migration Out
oExecute with Onboarding Management Framework
oDefining onboarding scope, designing and implementing agreed service, in charge of coordination between departments related to the onboarding.
•Define and Agree Business Transition Documents, Detailed Operating Model documents/Operating Memos & SLAs as required
•Organizing liquidations and migration out, with supervision and linkage in between CC, legal, invoicing and ops, to ensure proper closure in the systems.
•New Business Tracker, PCS Database, and other business databases handling/updating/redesign as required
•Keep up to date with regulatory change impacting fund/management company structures and assist in the development of new procedures/processes where required
•Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by proposing concrete and pragmatic solutions and leading, as necessary, post-implementation reviews.
•Ensure any potential depositary risks identified during the onboarding process are addressed and remediated, with regular follow-ups and maintaining a clear audit trail of follow-ups and escalation, as necessary

Skills/Experience

•Experienced Onboarding/Change Practitioner with structured analysis/process Techniques, Conflict resolution and presentation skills,
•Outstanding technical writing and verbal communications expertise
•Ability to absorb and analyse complex information and data, understand the relevance, synthesize and summarise
•Highly proficient in MS Office and business software• Strong leadership, relationship management, communications and partnership development capabilities and skills
•Fluent English – French or German are advantageous
•Experience working with Private Equity/Real Estate funds
•Strong shareholder management and client-facing skills
