Location: Switzerland (preferred) | Travel to Zurich required

Overview

We are currently supporting a leading client in the financial services sector in sourcing a SimCorp Principal / Lead Project Manager to drive a large-scale, multi-stream implementation programme. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep project delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream implementation projects
• Own project scope, governance, timelines, and execution strategy
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and reporting across all workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-stakes environment

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years’ experience managing large-scale implementation projects
• Proven track record in multi-stream programme delivery
• PMI certification (or equivalent)
• Advanced expertise in scope and project lifecycle management
• Strong experience working within the financial services industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) is advantageous but not essential

• Some travel required to client site in Zurich
