Regulatory Change PMO

In addition to traditional Business Project/Change management, the role is about the followings:

Coordination of regulatory changes
•Manage multiple circulars or guidelines coming from CSSF, ECB, etc…
•Close collaboration with business lines and key functions (Compliance, Risk, HR, Finance, …).
•Consolidate the gap analysis
•Track the progress and report on it
•Act as an escalation point before reporting the issues to the Regulatory Initiative Committee of the Bank
Support the director of CEO Office in the preparation of monthly Regulatory Initiative Committee (agenda, material, actions, …)
Support our Regulatory Affairs team in the tracking of regulatory recommendations and findings raised by the regulators (e.g. tracking, internal & external communication, …)
Ad-hoc coordination activities to support the director of the CEO Office (Corporate Real Estate activities, strategic projects, ….)
Project management. Have experience with regulatory projects, can manage the work and progress with multiple teams at the same time. Can deal with executives and be able to chair meeting to explain regulatory impacts. Good analytical skills. Excellent in writing documentation
