Risk Manager - Real Estate

Risk Manager- RE within a Management Company – Up to 85K

Thanks to its excellence and expertise, this entity is looking for a flexible and team player Risk Manager to ensure the implementation of the Real Estate Risk Management Framework.

Risk Manager – Tasks:

Identify, monitor and manage the risk profiles of the Funds
Advise the board on risk management to ensure compliance with regulations
Liaise with PE/RE specialists to assure the Fund is always in compliance with the Investment Restrictions
Monitor and assess Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Funding Risk and Operational Risk related to the Real Estate Funds.
Monitor the Valuation related the Real Estate Funds.
Perform regulatory reports and ad-hoc reports related to RE/PE

Risk Manager – Profile:

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field
You have a minimum of 3 year of experience within a ManCo in Risk Management
You have knowledge of regulatory framework for Real Estate Funds
You speak English fluently (French would be an asset)
You have strong organizational and communication skills
