Senior Business Consultant – SimCorp Dimension

Skillfinder is supporting a leading global financial technology organisation on the search for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join a large-scale SimCorp Dimension transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SimCorp consultant with strong business analysis, data migration and implementation experience to work on a complex front-to-back investment management programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within SimCorp Dimension.
• Support data mapping and migration activities, including instrument and trade modelling.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation, mapping specifications and test artefacts.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project stream leads and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, manage project meetings and communicate progress across internal and client teams.
• Support testing activities and ensure successful delivery of business requirements.

Required Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on SimCorp Dimension implementation programmes.
• Excellent understanding of investment management and front-to-back operational processes.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping and functional analysis.
• Knowledge of instrument and trade modelling within SimCorp Dimension.
• Strong documentation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple workstreams within large transformation programmes.

Desirable

• Previous experience on large SimCorp implementation or migration projects.
• Experience working across Front, Middle and Back Office functions.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes including equities, fixed income and derivatives.
