Senior Full Stack Developer (Java / Angular) | Switzerland | 80–100%

We’re partnering with an innovative healthcare technology company that is transforming diagnostics, laboratory workflows, and healthcare software solutions across Europe.

As part of continued growth, they’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their collaborative engineering team.

What you’ll be doing:
• Developing and enhancing modern software solutions tailored to customer needs
• Building and integrating external systems for seamless data exchange
• Working across the full stack using Java, Angular, AngularJS, and JavaScript
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools and reviewing AI-generated code for quality and reliability
• Driving software quality initiatives and contributing to technical best practices
• Leading technical projects from concept through delivery

What they’re looking for:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Strong experience in object-oriented development
• Solid expertise with Java, AngularJS, Angular, and JavaScript
• Exposure to AI tools within software development environments
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent German and English communication skills (French is a plus)
