In this demanding function in the field of Market Services within Business Informatics, you act as an interface between business and IT. You work in the field of market services, which brings you direct benefits for the client's customers. They recognize needs and requirements from the business and transform them purposefully into sustainable, secure and economical IT solutions.
As a member of the Service & Solution Design team, you are responsible for the IT service, which supports the sales processes of all offices and branches. You will be the central point of contact for the business departments and support efficient communication between specialist and internal ICT departments.

YOUR PROFILE:
You have a higher education or training in computer science (college, university, etc.).
You have several years of experience as a business analyst or as an interface between business and computer science.
Strong communication skills, which makes it easy for you to represent your area throughout the Group and to communicate with the business and within ICT in a level-appropriate manner.
The positive handling of changes and an actively practised culture of error help you as an open-minded and team-able personality to agile the entire organization.
You recognize opportunities quickly and you have the courage to initiate and implement change.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory
