Contract Type: Freelance (Full-time contract, June 2026 – January 2027)

Are you an experienced IBOR specialist with deep investment operations knowledge and strong SimCorp expertise? We are supporting a leading financial services organisation in the Middle East that is seeking an experienced IBOR Stream Lead to lead a critical workstream within a major transformation programme.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity for a senior consultant who can independently drive the IBOR stream, advise stakeholders on industry best practices, and ensure successful delivery across investment operations and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the IBOR workstream throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on IBOR operating models, industry standards, and best practices.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver target-state solutions.
• Analyse and improve trade lifecycle and investment operations processes.
• Drive stream governance, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience within IBOR (Investment Book of Record) environments.
• Proven experience working with SimCorp platforms and investment operations processes.
• Deep knowledge of Trade Processing, SWIFT Messaging, Trade Matching, and Corporate Actions.
• Ability to independently lead workstreams and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering complex transformation programmes within asset management, custody, or financial services environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
