We are supporting a major financial services transformation programme seeking an experienced SimCorp Operations Stream Lead to play a key role in a large-scale operational and platform change initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SimCorp specialist with deep operational knowledge across investment operations and post-trade processing to lead critical workstreams within a complex enterprise environment.

You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and programme leadership to drive delivery across SimCorp operational functions, including reconciliations, cash processing, trade processing, asset servicing, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SimCorp Operations stream within a major transformation programme
• Drive operational process alignment and platform optimisation
• Oversee delivery across:
• Reconciliations
• Cash Processing
• Trade Processing
• Asset Servicing
• Corporate Actions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes
• Support operational readiness, testing, and transition activities
• Provide subject matter expertise on SimCorp operational workflows and best practices
• Manage stream governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication

Required Experience

• Strong experience working with SimCorp Dimension
• Proven background leading operational or transformation workstreams
• Deep knowledge of investment operations and post-trade processing
• Expertise across reconciliations, cash management, trade processing, and corporate actions
• Experience working within large-scale banking, asset management, or financial services environments
• Strong stakeholder management and programme delivery skills
• Experience working in international or multi-location delivery environments is highly desirable

Additional Information

• Programme-based assignment running through to June 2027
• Some onsite presence in Indonesia expected during key project phases (typically 2–3 weeks at a time)
• High-impact role within a strategic transformation initiative
