Overview

Skillfinder Group is supporting a major financial services client in the search for an experienced Solution Owner with deep knowledge of SimCorp Dimension (SCD).

This role will act as the central solution lead across a large-scale implementation programme, ensuring end-to-end solution coherence across all workstreams and maintaining alignment with SimCorp best practices, platform standards, and governance principles.

The successful consultant will bring a strong front-to-back understanding of SimCorp Dimension and will serve as the primary advisory contact for SimCorp products and services throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall solution coherence across multiple delivery streams
• Ensure implementation scope integrity and alignment to programme objectives
• Govern solution architecture and design decisions across the project
• Ensure consistent application of:
  • Standard platform capabilities
  • SimCorp components
  • Global delivery methodologies and artifacts
• Act as the central advisory point of contact for SimCorp products and services
• Coordinate cross-functional streams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution
• Challenge and validate solution approaches to maintain architectural consistency
• Support stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams
• Optionally contribute hands-on within a functional stream when required

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
• Strong front-to-back understanding of:
  • Investment operations
  • Accounting
  • IBOR/ABOR
  • Trade lifecycle
  • Data management
  • Compliance and reporting
• Proven experience leading large-scale SimCorp implementations or transformations
• Strong solution governance and architecture oversight experience
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Financial services / asset management industry background essential

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as:
  • Solution Owner
  • Solution Architect
  • Programme Solution Lead
  • Enterprise Architect within SimCorp programmes
• Experience working with global delivery teams
• Familiarity with SimCorp implementation methodologies
• Experience in complex transformation or migration programmes
