Job Summary:

Their Digital Media suite of solutions enables Press Relations, Investors Relations, corporate communications and marketing professionals to deliver product announcements, investor days, marketing webinars, employee town halls?the events and announcements that build brand, drive sales and engage key audiences for our clients business. The Strategic Digital Media Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key decision makers in the strategic accounts. Manage the monthly revenue of the existing book of business in strategic accounts through upsell and renewals. Identify opportunities to expand our client portfolio through cross-sell of digital solutions in existing strategic accounts. Develop strategic account plans and actively establishes credibility with top executives at strategic accounts. Become our next Strategic Digital Media Account Manager !

Essential Duties:

•Manage the overall relationship with the assigned strategic accounts
•Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities
•Own and execute account specific planning for strategic accounts to strengthen credibility and relationship with our client
•Identify opportunities to grow our client's portfolio of digital solutions in a strategic account
•Locate the appropriate strategic account buyer for renewal and upsell opportunities
•Nurture relationships with strategic accounts, increasing their affinity for their digital solutions, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewals
•Establish reputation with key strategic executives as a trusted advisor for both industry knowledge and expert knowledge of our client offerings; serve as go-to knowledge resource for executives
•Achieve assigned sales billing and quotas
•Develop and maintain understanding of the strategic accounts’ business models and ongoing needs as related ttheir digital solutions
•Communicate the group value proposition to executive audiences : identify and articulate needs from strategic accounts perspectives
•Advise executives in financial decisions including business cases and return on investment from purchasing an their solution
•Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university (with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field a plus).

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in a sales role or a relevant account management role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Bilingual English mandatory ( other EMEA languages a plus)
•Prior experience in Investors Relations, Internal and/or corporate communication, Press Relations mandatory
•Required experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals
•Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision
•Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
•Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills
•Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
•Willingness to travel within assigned territory
•Independent, resilient with a strong ability to hit the ground running
•Adaptability, hard worker, ability to work under pressure
