About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Stream Lead – Operations with strong expertise in Collateral Management and SimCorp to support a major financial services transformation programme.

This role will focus on leading the collateral operations stream, driving operational delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting ongoing optimisation within a SimCorp environment. The successful candidate will combine strong operational knowledge with hands-on experience across collateral workflows and enterprise platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the collateral operations stream across business and operational teams
• Drive delivery activities, priorities, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Support operational transformation initiatives involving SimCorp collateral processes
• Coordinate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and drive process improvements across collateral management workflows
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across the stream
• Ensure alignment between operational objectives and programme delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with SimCorp and Collateral Management
• Deep understanding of collateral operations within financial services or capital markets
• Proven experience leading operational or transformation workstreams
• Experience working within complex enterprise change programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote global environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
