SimCorp Dimension Consultant

Contract | July 2026 – November 2026

Our client, a global financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced SimCorp Dimension Consultant to support a key data integration initiative focused on Bloomberg market data and SimCorp Dimension.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project involving Bloomberg request definitions, security master data, reference data validation and Operational Data Assistant (ODA) testing.

You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality market and reference data feeds while helping diagnose and resolve data issues across multiple integration points.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and validate Bloomberg request definitions.
• Verify Bloomberg data against SimCorp Dimension data expectations before production sign-off.
• Work with SimCorp Dimension Security Master and Reference Data structures.
• Test the Operational Data Assistant (ODA) solution to ensure expected functionality.
• Investigate data issues using error logs and reconciliation techniques.
• Diagnose whether issues originate from:
  • Bloomberg/vendor data
  • SimCorp configuration
  • Integration or transformation processes
• Perform data reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain documentation covering known issues, exceptions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure data quality and successful delivery.

Essential Skills

• Strong commercial experience with SimCorp Dimension
• Good understanding of the SIM Data Model
• Experience with Bloomberg market data
• Knowledge of Bloomberg request definitions
• SimCorp Security Master expertise
• Strong understanding of Reference Data
• Data validation and reconciliation experience
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues
• Experience analysing error logs
• Basic SQL skills for investigation and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Operational Data Assistant (ODA)
• Knowledge of Bloomberg field mnemonics
• Experience supporting enterprise data integration projects
• Asset Management or Investment Management background

Contract Details

• Start Date: 12 July 2026
• End Date: 30 November 2026
• Allocation: Full-time (100%)
• Travel: Occasional travel to Indonesia may be required.
