Senior Transfer Agency Consultant

We are partnering with a leading international financial services organisation seeking an experienced Senior Transfer Agency Consultant to join its growing Transfer Agency team in Luxembourg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Transfer Agency professional looking to further develop their career within a highly respected organisation that services a diverse range of investment funds and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process investor subscription, redemption and switch transactions accurately and within deadlines

• Manage and resolve investor, distributor and internal stakeholder queries

• Support the delivery of daily, monthly and ad hoc reporting

• Process fund events and corporate actions

• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure a complete audit trail

• Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements and client-focused projects

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years' experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or Investor Services

• Strong understanding of investment funds and financial markets

• Experience within dealing, investor services or transfer agency operations

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Additional European languages would be advantageous
