PM/BA Client Integration Manager, Luxembourg



- 6 months rolling contract under CDI

Role Overview


For a well known bank in Luxembourg, we are looking for a PM / Client Integration Manager to project manage a diverse client portfolio within UCITS as well as some AIFMD onboarding and change activities.

Primary responsibilities:



• Managing migrations in, entities launches (Funds; Sub-funds; Holding Companies etc) within new/existing structures, handling restructuring, mergers, liquidations, new-add on services, migration out projects
• Defining onboarding scope, translating Onboarding Framework requirements into executable deliverables to implement agreed services, in charge of coordination in between departments related to the onboarding, and following up/monitoring on all first events: legal framework, due diligence on the structure and on investors, first Investments, first NAV calculation.
• Coordinating with product, coverage and operational teams for new services implementation resulting from a deviation of standard operating model
• Liaising with multiple external stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, asset managers…
• Ensure setup requests are completed (cash account opening and internal systems readiness)
• Ensuring operational and client readiness approvals prior to agreed go-live dates
• Working with senior partners in Coverage, Product, Operations, Technology and directly with senior client contacts and leads
• Supporting Solution Design & Execution colleagues,
• Set the best delivery, documentation (internal and external), and execution standards that are of the highest professional and competitive standards


Experience and skills:



ESSENTIAL:
• Highly organised, self-motivated and entrepreneurial with willingness to take initiative and drive to deliver outstanding client service whilst managing significant time pressure
• BEc, BA or BSc in business, or other relevant degree, 5+ years’ experience in industry,
• Experience managing a range of Mainstream/ PCS projects/deliverables, PM/BA experience and/or qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial industry
• Program Management skills

DESIRABLE:
• Bilingual (French, English)
• Knowledge of SWIFT, waterfall calculation, equalisation mechanism, depositary functions
• Professional PM/Scrum/ BA/Agile qualifications from a recognised industry body
• Advance Excel/Visual Basic/MS Access
• Additional language is an asset
