I started my career in Recruitment a year ago and it has been nothing short of exciting. Skillfinder International has been a great stepping stone in developing my knowledge and skills in this area. I have grown considerably as a person both in my personal life and career and am enjoying every moment. I am currently developing the Luxembourg market within the FinTech sector, working with Luxembourg’s leading organisations. My main focus is on the technology side of recruitment, working with junior software developers all the way up to tech leads. I also recruit the business and finance side of the organisations, working with business and functional analysts, project managers as well as Fund Accountants and AML KYC analysts to name a few.
