We are seeking an experienced NAV Plausibility Controller to join a highly regarded global financial services organisation with a long-standing reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Fund Administration Product Control team in Luxembourg, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of investment fund valuations.

About the Role

In this position, you will take responsibility for the validation of funds administered in Luxembourg, working closely with internal teams and external service providers in the investment fund sector, including portfolio managers, management companies, auditors, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily oversight of NAV calculations, ensuring they pass all quality tests in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Review NAV errors, perform impact calculations, and liaise with auditors and management companies to resolve discrepancies.

  • Develop and implement remedial action plans when required.

  • Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles and fund workflows across various actors (Custody, TA, Portfolio Managers).

  • Support a major integration project aimed at migrating Fund Administration operations to a new target operating model.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–5 years’ fund accounting experience, preferably with UCITS or traditional funds.

  • Strong track record in NAV oversight, including dividend distribution, corporate action booking, performance fee calculation, pricing accuracy, and share class deviation analysis.

  • Familiarity with MIG21 or GP3/GP4 systems is an advantage.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Flexibility to work late shifts when required.
