2D/Concept Game Artist

Concept artist - Stockholm City Central - Salary Negotiable based on experience

Work with an award-winning game studio in Stockholm on the creation of some of the markets most innovative AR mobile games!

Skillfinder are in partnership with a leading extended reality company who are expanding their game studio in Stockholm after recently winning an international award for best mobile game of 2020.

This rapidly expanding company who specialise in AR/VR & XR technologies has just partnered up with one of the worlds biggest media franchises to develop a game that incorporates location based gaming and augmented reality.

We are looking for a skillful 2D concept artist who can create mind-blowing art pieces and 2D assets that truly bring the game to life.

Experience required:

• At least 3 years of experience creating art in a game development environment.

• Excellent design skills, including the effective use of colour, form, lighting, and composition.

• Experienced in ZBrush.- Experience in texturing using Photoshop, Substance or DDO.

• Exposure to and/or experience in implementing your work into a game using Unity.

It is a plus if you have the following skills up your sleeve:

• The ability to work across a wide range of art styles

• Has completed projects tied to released game titles (portfolio required)
