Skillfinder is currently recruiting for a Test Automation Engineer to join a global investment bank based in Prague on a permanent basis.

You must be based in the Czech Republic in order to work remotely. If you are not based in Prague and looking to relocate you must be eligible to work in Prague.

The role:

You will be responsible for testing ongoing deliveries combined with quality assurance through the maintenance and appropriate execution of existing scripts as part of regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring successful delivery of new features or coverage for business areas through the production and execution of test scripts complimenting any new development
• Successful delivery of new features relies on zero degradation of the existing system
• Testing ongoing deliveries combined with quality assurance through the maintenance and appropriate execution of existing scripts as part of regression testing
• Working across a number of technologies, using the banks IT systems and infrastructure

Experience:

• Ability to write the code in C#
• Experience using a script based approach to testing (ideally jira and xray)
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel to analyse output if necessary
• An understanding of test-driven development
