London Contract Role with hybrid working
6 Months initial

For a leading custodian bank, we are seeking an Agile Digital Transformation Specialist to work a long contract role for a digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

•Quickly establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT
•Become a strategic partner in organizational road mapping and structuring to drive increased ROI, greater adoption and higher transformation success.
•Provide coaching and training at all levels in an emerging Agile environment - Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client - Proven ability to perform in various agile roles where needed.
•Identify and execute best practices to increase delivery, transparency and quality - Facilitate sprint road mapping, planning sessions and retrospectives.
•Facilitator for program events and activities for planning, executing, delivery and improvement, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness and PI Planning events and activities
•Support the triage and resolution of critical impediments.
•Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for both internal and client teams.
•Perform hands-on work, including analysis, design and change management, as needed.


•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach with an Agile practitioner mindset understanding common Agile practices, design thinking, and iterative development practices.
•Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and or STE/RTE role preferred.
•Experience with Agile product and lean portfolio management.
•Experience of Domain Driven Design would be a plus.
•5+ years of experience in IT full development life cycle.
•Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus, and achieve goals through influence.
•Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions.
•Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people.
•Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
•Strong relationship management and influencing skills across business, operations, and technology teams
•Validated project management experience with the ability to lead clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teams
•Validated people's leadership skills & ability to efficiently influence and empower others.
•Quantitative and decision-making ability: Ability to conceptualize sophisticated problems and develop an Analytical road map for them.
