My client is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Application Support Engineer to support its Product Development and Business Operations team!
Are you ready to provide technical and business support for applications of internal and external users? Are you ready to be a part of application releases?

Whilst focusing on maintaining the quality of applications, some of your responsibilities will be:
•Investigating and resolving reporting issues
•Troubleshooting application errors and suggest appropriate resolutions
•Assessing the risks and impacts of production issues to then communicate to the business and technology teams
•Ensuring database performance, storage, data scrambling procedures and data archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly
•Creating and maintaining SSRS reports
•Administer Jira and Confluence
•Documenting system architecture, tools, and other technical support documentation
•Strong SQL knowledge
•Experience in Unix scripting language
•Experience in Java programming language
•Experience in root-cause analysis, report generation and documentation tools
•Experience in B2B EDI integration
•Experience in release management
