We’re working with a leading Swiss private bank based in Basel, Switzerland looking for Avaloq Developers and Lead Avaloq Developers for Tax Reporting, Legal Reporting, Trading and Security, Output Management, Core Banking Integration and more. You will be responsible for the development of functionality in your chosen area, accompanying the entire lifecycle, from engineering requirements, system design proposals and development to testing assistance. Collaborating with internal clients, business development teams and IT project teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and defining functional requirement

• Act as technical project leader for small and mid-sized projects

• Lead and govern testing campaigns and activities in the context of solutions developed

• Communicate transparently with stakeholders through the entire lifecycle

Experience

• Developing Avaloq with a specific specialisation (or significant drive to learn) in one of the following: Tax Reporting, Legal Reporting, Fundhub processes, Trading and Security, Output

• Management, Core Banking Integration and more

• A proven software engineering track record or a Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, software engineering or relevant

• At minimum, working knowledge of Avaloq Script, Oracle, SQL, and/ or PL/SQL

• Taking responsibility in the entire development lifecycle

• Working to deadlines, you will be expected to deliver solutions in sometimes legally binding deadlines

• Proficiency in English (French or German are advantageous)
