Business Processes/SME - Transfer Agency – London based - Contract- Competitive Daily Rate

Do you have experience in Transfer Agency in an operational/oversight role or as part of a project team? Working on behalf of a global custodian bank, we are in search for a Business Processes expert who will act as a Transfer Agency lead and SME to support all client-initiated fund activity.

In this role, you will oversee offshore locations for all related project tasks such as system set up and both functional & joint user acceptance testing. In addition, you will lead meetings with key stakeholders, including clients and external vendors.

Mandatory Skills:

~ Past experience in new fund launch, new share classes, fund restructures and mergers, depositary change, client rebranding
~ Experience in reviewing client documentation such as fund prospectus
~ Experience in producing and managing project related documents such as project plans, run books, check lists, issue logs

What will you do?:

~ Oversee offshore locations in terms of full system set up
~ Oversee Offshore locations in terms of business process & functional testing and also JUAT
~ Facilitate and lead meetings with key stakeholders, including clients and external vendors, to discuss the current activity scheduled or for specific projects
~ Develop strong relationships with client’s and third party providers
~ Manage the collaboration of operational areas via operational readiness, to ensure successful implementation into BAU
~ Keep all stakeholders updated in terms of key milestones and also appropriate escalation of any challenges
