Corporate Officer / Location: Luxembourg / Salary: Up to 75K

Corporate Officer – Tasks:

• Manage on-going client business on a daily basis

• Be the first point of contact for corporate, legal, and administrative matters

• Prepare and organize board and shareholders ‘meetings as well as relevant documents and minutes

• Draft and review corporate legal documentation, monitor the preparation and review all the compliance related files

• Responsible for the coordination of the work with the different departments and clients.

Corporate Officer – Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in corporate law or any related field

• At least 6 years of legal experience in a similar position in Luxembourg

• Fluent in German, English and French

• Motivated, dynamic and pro-active with excellent client service skills
