Corporate Secretary Consultant



Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary professional to join our Corporate Services team and play a vital role in delivering Domiciliation and Corporate Secretary services to our PERES clients (Private Equity and Real Estate Services). The ideal candidate should possess a client-centric mindset, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks with organizational agility, and a result-oriented approach. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and work productivity while handling a substantial workload.

Responsibilities:


• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to domiciliary and corporate secretary activities.
• Provide assistance to clients and collaborate with other operational teams within CACEIS.
• Participate in internal projects and keep management informed of relevant updates.

Experience and Skills:


• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Luxembourg Real Estate and/or Private Equity Funds sector, specifically in domiciliary activities and corporate secretarial services.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Luxembourg Commercial Companies Law affecting Investment Funds.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
• Client-centric approach, adept at setting priorities, and a focus on delivering results.
• Curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding communication skills with a structured and pragmatic approach.
• Organizational agility, with the capability to handle a substantial workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and work productivity.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
