Corporate Services Expert (Mainstream Funds)

This opportunity is within the Fund Corporate Services (FCS) team, which offers domiciliation and corporate secretary services to clients dealing with traditional investment funds. The role involves supporting various stages of the mainstream funds' life cycles, handling corporate events, compliance, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Organizing Meetings: Managing formalities for annual general and board meetings based on client-specific requirements.
Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to domiciliation, corporate secretarial, and other corporate services.
Client Support: Assisting clients, collaborating with internal teams, contributing to internal projects, and keeping management informed.
Client Satisfaction: Prioritizing client needs and maintaining a client-centric approach.
Regulatory Updates: Staying updated on Luxembourg regulations, analyzing changes, and assessing their impact on processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Training and sharing expertise with other team members.

Must-have:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Luxembourg Funds and domiciliary activities, including corporate secretarial services.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations and Commercial Companies Law affecting Luxembourg Investment Funds.
Operations Understanding: Familiarity with fund operational services and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Work Approach: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and handle a significant workload with accuracy.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, being client-focused, and result-driven.

Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking abilities with clients, industry certifications, and adeptness in interacting with various stakeholders.
This role demands a blend of regulatory expertise, operational understanding, client-centricity, and strong communication skills. Demonstrating autonomy in work while collaborating effectively within a team would be key to success in this role. Additionally, having superior interpersonal skills and networking capabilities would be advantageous.
