Our client, a specialist consultancy focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), is seeking a skilled Consultant with CyberArk experience to join their team in Munich. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions, working with leading German brands.

Key Responsibilities:
•Engage in requirements analysis and solution design in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
•Conduct business process analysis and contribute to process optimisation.
•Develop and implement IAM architectures and authorisation concepts.
•Lead role modelling initiatives and contribute to regulatory compliance consulting.
•Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external vendors or customers.
•Prepare and present technical documentation, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.

Your Profile:
•Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
•Proven experience in IAM/PAM consulting, including designing authorisation concepts and role modelling.
•Strong knowledge of CyberArk and security protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
•Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with project management certification (PMI, Prince2, GPM/IPMA) being a plus.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and actionable insights.
