ANALYST, DEALING TEAM, TRANSFER AGENCY LIMERICK



Role Overview


As part of a dedicated Dealing Team in the Transfer Agency Department, you will provide high-touch client service to various of the company's Transfer Agency clients. The department offers third-party fund services to numerous fund management companies, covering a full range of shareholder servicing functions, including dealing, registration, finance, and the Investor Services Centre.

Knowledge/Skills


•Flexible approach to work, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong PC skills, with thorough knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn business-specific systems (Essential).
•Effective verbal reasoning, written communication, and numeric skills (Essential).
•Excellent planning and organizational skills.
•High degree of professionalism.
•Drive and enthusiasm.
•Ability to work on own initiative.
•Good understanding of effective risk management.
•Transfer Agency experience would be of benefit.
•Previous Financial Services experience would be beneficial.
•Relevant college/ University qualifications would be highly desirable.

Major Duties


•Oversee the day-to-day processing quality and timeliness in India.
•Serve as the escalation point for unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team.
•Handle day-to-day client reporting, including prediction reports, cash reports, register reports, etc.
•Manage and analyze workflow queues.
•Ensure all deliverables are sent within agreed timeframes.
•Maintain up-to-date procedures and checklists.
•Foster a close working relationship with other TA functional areas, such as New Business, Investor Services Centre, Registration, Finance, and other internal departments.
•Collaborate with the team, internal departments, and group project areas on assigned projects.
