Depositary Analyst - Luxembourg - Hybrid - Contract

What will you do?

The primarily responsibilities of a TDS Senior Analyst are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to:
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Oversight duties: NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment Compliance, Income Distribution, Timely Settlement
- Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets

The TDS Senior Analyst shall act as a Subject Matter Expert for all depositary matters to ensure client acting as depositary for UCITS and AIFs fully complies with the duties imposed by the AIFMD/UCITS V regulations.

He/She will participate to all TDS streams: Client Acceptance & Onboarding, Academy, Due Diligence, Expertise Center and Oversight & Monitoring.

What do you need to succeed?

-Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Administration business, Depositary business, Internal Control or Audit function
-Sound knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
-Experience in Real Estate and Private Equity is an advantage
-Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
-Detail oriented
-Good knowledge of Access
