Head Of AML/KYC And Transfer Agency

This position requires a senior position with a strong emphasis on leadership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within the fund administration industry, particularly in the context of transfer agency services and AML/KYC compliance for investment funds.

Responsibilities:

Transfer Agency Services:

•Lead the provision of transfer agency services to investment funds contracted with the client.

Team Management:

•Manage the Investor Operations Team (Transfer Agency).
•Allocate tasks among team members and set priorities to meet client and regulatory deadlines.
•Ensure all client service expectations are met and internal procedures are followed.
•Manage team resources, including resource planning in coordination with the Head and Deputy Head.

Task Handling

•Ensure day-to-day queries related to both Transfer Agency and AML/KYC tasks for investors within the Fund Administration Department are timely and appropriately handled.

Process Integration:

•Ensure joined-up processes are in place and maintained with other teams in other locations in case investor AML/CFT tasks are delegated.

Escalation Point:

•Act as an escalation point internally and externally for any matter related to TA processes.

Your Profile:

Educational Background:

•Academic degree in Finance or Law Studies.

Professional Experience:

•10 years of experience in the fund administration industry.
•At least 5 years in a TA and AML/KYC role.
•Experience in team management.

AML/KYC Knowledge:

•Strong knowledge of Luxembourg AML rules applicable to Investment Fund investors, especially in the context of Alternative Investment Funds with large institutional investors.

Skills and Attitude:

•Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
•Good command of MS Office suite.

Language Proficiency:

•Fluency in English.
•Any other language such as French or German
