IAM Manager - Luxembourg City

We are looking for an experienced IAM Manager to lead a team of five specialists within a major banking institution in Luxembourg. This is an on-site role with the possibility of homeworking after the initial training period, depending on local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of IAM professionals
• Oversee daily IAM operations and ensure compliance with banking standards
• Lead and support IAM projects and integrations
• Manage authentication and access control processes (SSO, MFA, OIDC)
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Produce documentation and governance materials

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IAM management or senior IAM engineering
• Solid knowledge of SSO, MFA, OIDC, Lotus Notes, and RICF
• Background in banking or regulated environments
• Team leadership experience
• French language skills are a strong asset
