SimCorp Collateral Manager / IBOR Consultant

UAE (Hybrid) 
Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced SimCorp Dimension Consultant with deep expertise in the Collateral Manager (CM) module to join a high-impact engagement with a leading financial institution in the UAE. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring both functional and configuration expertise, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Collateral Manager SME during implementation and delivery phases.

  • Configure and develop CM windows within SimCorp Dimension to meet client business requirements.

  • Lead and participate in client workshops, gathering, analysing, and validating functional requirements.

  • Work alongside internal teams and SimCorp to design, build, and test collateral workflows, including OTC/ETD, initial/variation margin, and associated processes.

  • Support IBOR-related functional configuration, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system design.

  • Provide expert input on C&D activities, data integration, and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in SimCorp Dimension Collateral Manager (CM) – including configuration and implementation.

  • Hands-on experience with C&D (Configuration & Development) in SCD, particularly CM windows.

  • Strong functional understanding of IBOR processes and investment operations.

  • Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and working in client-facing consulting roles.

  • Previous project delivery experience with major financial institutions or asset managers.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to work onsite in the UAE for the duration of the engagement.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with SimCorp Dimension product teams or at SimCorp itself.

  • Exposure to alternative investments and derivatives workflows.

  • Previous UAE or GCC project experience.
