Junior Software Consultant

Junior Software Consultant- Fintech -Zurich

My client, a leading financial technology house based in Zurich, is currently looking for a talented Junior Software Consultant to join their team. They have been offering innovative software and SaaS solutions for investment and wealth management in the financial centers for over three decades.

In this role, you will join their dynamic Consulting team and be the key contact for their clients, including fund companies, banks, insurance firms, and asset managers. You'll provide comprehensive support for their flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead support initiatives for their product users
Manage implementation projects, including planning, controlling, and reporting
Advise clients on mapping options, solution variants, and new technical tasks throughout the asset management value chain (front, middle, and back office processes)
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients
Customize, test, analyze errors, and migrate data for their standard software

Skills and qualifications needed:

Completed university degree, ideally in business informatics, business administration, banking and finance or a comparable course of study
High IT affinity with a good technical understanding
First professional experience in the software industry and/or financial sector is an advantage
Strong customer and team orientation, combined with good communication and social skills as well as a professional demeanor
Structured working methodology, analytical thinking skills and high quality awareness
Motivation for self-study
Proficient in German and English
