Learning Analyst – Investor Services - Luxembourg
Reporting to the Learning & Performance Consultant, the Learning Analyst will analyze and report on learning activity data, contributing to organizations’ compliance with applicable regulations and decisions on learning activities.
The learning analyst will work closely with the rest of the HR team and with a range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, business partners (beneficiaries of learning activities), compliance and regulatory functions.
Through the analysis of data and participation in Learning & Performance consultations, the learning analyst will contribute to decisions regarding training programs and to the development of skills and performance of employees and teams within the organization.
•Support Learning & Performance Consultant through collaboration of learning and performance consultant activities (analysis and measurement of data, needs and performance).
•Synthesize information and data to create and execute a variety of reports on learning activities for performance or regulatory purposes.
•Establish, maintain and report on the training plan for Board and Executive Committee members.
•Automate, streamline and standardize data reporting for the L&P team.
•Ability to navigate Workday and learn other LMS sources to respond to learner inquiries, troubleshoot and action as required.
•Advanced MS-Excel skills including creation of macros
•Excellent data analysis & data visualization skills
•Business process improvement mindset
•Fluent in French & English
•Ability to present and influence at all level of the organization in both languages
Nice to have
•Experience in learning design cycle
•Storytelling, ability to present data in a compelling manner
•Experience with Workday (Learning & reporting)
•Proficient at communication tools: Word, Powerpoint, web design tools to maintain and develop intranet pages, newsletter, infographics
