LoanIQ Business Analyst

The client are looking for individuals who have both operations and project management experience with "LoanIQ" software. Someone who understands what is possible with LoanIQ and can help drive the client's strategy and design with the software. They will need to lead (and teach team members) on LoanIQ, as well as being involved in the implementation of the LoanIQ software so that the client can more accurately interpret issues.

Description:
• Supervising, coordinating, and assisting developers in their day-to-day tasks as appropriate, resolving issues or escalating in a timely manner
• Assisting developers in technical investigation of existing systems to understand current state and requirements
• Performing code reviews to ensure implemented functionality matches expectations and is in line with coding standards defined globally
• Playing an active role in mentoring/coaching/training and development of team members
• Managing strategic initiative programs and regulatory/business required projects
• Establishing and leading the team governance model
• Providing the weekly project status reports to senior management
• Significant Experience in software development
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of Finastra application Loan IQ
• Working knowledge of Java, Shell scripting, relational databases (Oracle, SQL server etc.)
• Knowledge of investment banking products and market
• Significant knowledge of software development using agile methodologies
• Good interactive and rapport building skills; ability to influence and command respect through actions
• Commitment to meet project timelines

On-site 2 day per week in one of the following offices:
- Manchester (preferred)
- London
- Glasgow
- Northampton
- Newcastle
