Monetisation Designer - Stockholm - Salary Negotiable based on experience

Changing the future of Gaming and Esports in one fell swoop

A crew of DICE-rs, KING-ers, MOJANG-ers are joining forces and cooking up an interesting new AAA studio in Central Stockholm, which has already secured early investment and backing from the world’s leading game investor; LVP for their own Esports inspired MMO FPS.

If you feel that the above type of questions rev your engine and you could spend hours discussing them, we need to talk!

As a Monetisation Designer you will:

  • Develop, present, implement and validate new creative ways of monetising online multiplayer games.

  • Conduct market research around games monetisation and enlighten the studio.

  • Work closely with our Chief Creative to integrate monetisation into the core of the games.

  • Help shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap to support continuous growth by prioritizing features based on business value.

  • Own and execute everything regarding pricing in our games.

  • Collaborate with the game team to achieve the best UX purchase flow for players.

  • Monitor performance & revenue and identify monetization opportunities and influence decision-making.

  • Actively track and evaluate player opinions & feedback around monetisation and player value.

  • Document learnings from player feedback and give advice on the best improvements.

  • Be our first general analytics driver and define core metrics to implement into the games.

Key experience you'd be expected to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in monetisation, economy design, business, or related experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and technically proficient to create scenario simulations.

  • On the ground, integrated and communication-strong team player.

  • Gamer with curiosity and understanding of player behaviour and market trends.

  • A collaborative, creative, and innovative spirit.

  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
