We’re looking for a Network & Virtualization Engineer to join an on-site IT team in Geneva.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting and maintaining the network infrastructure and VMware vSphere environment, while providing backup support to the wider IT team and assisting with audit-related technical items.

What you’ll do:

• Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and device configuration (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs)
• Network security, hardening, and segmentation
• Copper and fibre cabling
• VMware vSphere support, including Distributed Switches
• Documentation and audit support

What you’ll need:

• Strong hands-on enterprise networking experience
• Practical VMware vSphere experience
• Someone reliable, structured, and comfortable working on-site
• English language
