You'll lead the investments team and assist in managing a big fund client's active investment portfolio.
Team Leader Requirements:
• Familiar with Guernsey laws, staying updated on changes.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Confident in client and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Demonstrated skill in managing people.
• Effective leadership and change management qualities.
• Proficient in analysis and problem-solving.
• Capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Excel proficiency: familiarity with Investran is a plus.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, adaptable, works well under pressure with minimal oversight.
Your Responsibilities:
• Cultivating teamwork and effective communication among employees.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, auditors, and internal teams through meetings.
• Improving partners' skills through coaching and training for better service delivery.
• Delivering top-notch client service by understanding needs and collaborating with teams.
• Overseeing daily cash operations, including transactions and reconciliations.
• Managing investor processes comprehensively from start to finish.
