 Our banking client is seeking a Performance Engineer specialising in T24 to drive performance, scalability, and reliability through expert analysis, testing, and optimisation.

T24 Requirements:

• Proven Performance Engineering experience, ideally with T24 or core banking.

• Proficient in performance testing tools (JMeter).

• Strong understanding of application architecture and performance metrics.

• Expertise in database tuning (Oracle).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and run performance tests for T24 using tools like JMeter.

• Monitor performance in real-time (AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana), analyse bottlenecks, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

• Recommend and implement tuning strategies for T24 performance improvements.

• Document test results, and recommendations, and maintain performance dashboards.

• Work with development teams and business users to ensure performance meets technical and business needs.

• Stay updated on performance engineering trends and apply learnings to enhance T24 applications.
